The Big Easy…

Yup, you read that right. This time tomorrow, I will be having a drink in a bar in N’awlins. Hmm. Well, maybe around this time. I can’t guarantee it will be exactly this time, but close! Or maybe I’ll be in bed. That’s possible, too.

I have my ONE bag packed, and it’s damned heavy. But I don’t want to pay $15 for another bag, so I am making it work. You can really fit a lot of clothing in a bag if you roll it. (The clothing, not the bag.)

My flight leaves rather early, so I am trying to lull myself to sleep RIGHT NOW. It is not working. Stormy the Wonder Dog, on the other hand, is snoring away. He falls asleep quite easily.

It will be interesting to see how New Orleans has changed, and I certainly plan on updating the site regularly, including pictures.

It’s been about 18 years since I have been to New Orleans, and it will be interesting to see the changes–particularly in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.

Signing in next time from The Big Easy…..

azteclady, Natalie has to get though Utah immigration, and considering it’s the Big Easy she is going to visit, she probably has to recite Doctrines and Covenants before she can clear customs. 😉
