Freak out

I freaking noticed the other day that I say freaking a whole freaking lot. This, of course, is because I am trying NOT to say that other word, the one that ALSO starts with F and ends with G, but has some other letters in the middle of it that people don’t like. I sound like I’m twelve. Good freaking hell.
